Hello Everyone, We are a fit, non-smoking, honest, reliable “young” (61 & 58 yo) Australian couple who retired 3 years ago from teaching (Mary) and marine park management (Tony) positions.
Whilst from tropical North Queensland we have travelled widely in Australia, Europe and elsewhere since retiring undertaking housesits in many places. In this meandering existence a week ago we arrived in BC hoping to meet people and explore a little before settling into a skiing winter.
We have extensive experience, and excellent references, in house-sitting and caring for homes, pets, aquariums, gardens and swimming pools. We have our own car in BC and whilst travelling in October-November would be happy to housesit. We aim to cost home owners nothing and to provide outstanding care. We are particularly interested in coastal regions such as Prince Rupert, Vancouver or any islands, but will gratefully consider other areas.
