I am a mature,responsible woman, with a young daughter. We are very quiet. I am a non-partier,non-smoker. I am currently renting a one bedroom with my daughter, but I am being woken up at 5am everyday to loud noises,coming from the tenants upstairs. We are seeking a 1 or 2 bedroom suite for rent (max 700.00 in Maple Ridge). I need a quieter environment, as I am going back to school and need a quiet place to study.
