Hi...my husband and I are planning 1-2 months trip in March/April 2011. We are looking to rent a cottage/apartment as a base and venture out from there. We are hoping for some info on good places for that base. We enjoy hiking, biking, history, and lazy days reading our books. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
